The first thing you notice about this brew is the skunky smell. A real clear light golden color. The taste is quite lacking in the sense of a craft brew. It is very carbonated and lacks really anything special. The taste is an overall nice simple taste. I think the best way to describe this brew is that has been refined and the recipe has been made the same way for hundreds of years. Why screw with something that is working right?
